Administration of the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme in West Sussex is changing.
From 1st April, 2013, anyone applying for an older or disabled persons’ concessionary bus pass in West Sussex, or with queries about their current pass, will need to use the following contact details:

If you already have a concessionary bus pass you do not need to take any action because your current bus pass will continue to be valid and will be renewed automatically.
